Do Not Disturb

I had a blast yesterday scrapping (and laughing) with a great group of ladies. 

Here is one of the layouts I got done. It is of "Bob", the resident gator in the lake behind our condo. He has since been relocated as he was getting pretty big and coming out of the lake often. This was last Easter. I just love this shot of him beside the "beware" sign!

You are my Sunshine

I had a blast yesterday scrapping with some wonderful and crazy ladies! 

Here is one of the layouts I did using some super fun retro Scenic Route (thanks Av!). I also used the cutest little wood grain sequins from Avril as well!

I thought I would play along with the Passion for Papertrey challenge this week..."inspired by".

I found this very cool poster on Pinterest pinned by Kaitlyn Felty. It gave me a great chance to play with my Honey Bee stamp set again. I also used Funky Florals and Heart to Heart #12.

Ybor City Tampa

I had fun playing with some more Ybor City photos. And I can't get enough of the Fact/Fiction lines from BG either. This time I played with my brick stencil and texture paste. I tinted the paste with mist to match the bricks in the Cuban architecture in Tampa.

March Break '12

I got a chance to work on a layout recently with my scrappy BFFs Avril, Dee and Regan. So much fun! I used some "flair" now that I know what that is...thanks Regs!

I scrapped some photos of Ybor City, Tampa, last March Break. 

I was so excited to finally use my BG Fact/Fiction stash I bought a few months ago. And the oranges and greens of this week's Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger really inspired me.

Here are a few close ups...I used my new Avery Elle chevron dies for the first time...butter!!

My hubby needed an end of school thank you card. So I tried out another of my new multi step stamps with my distress inks and markers.

I need to practice some more to get the layering right. But these are fun to play with!
