Crazy Card Party- Framed!

This week at Crazy Card Party, Rosanne is asking to see something with a frame. I love my PTI fabulous frames die and use it all the time. I decided to frame some embossed hot air balloons using my new Clearly Besotted set for a card for my friend's anniversary.
