I had been wanting to try out a technique my friend Patricia showed recently. And I know she was also inspired by Laura Bassen. I thought this was perfect for Simon's Wednesday challenge...Sparkle and Shine.
I sparkled it up with some silver twine and sequins. Plus the white heat embossed grid lines really shine as well.
