Merry & Bright
I crafted another card inspired by Wendy Vecchi over at Simon Says Stamp and Show. I just loved the way she stamped those pointsettias! I kept it pretty simple this time.

PTI October Blog Hop Challenge
I had a chance to play along with PTI blog hop for the first time. But I got home too late from an extremely fun cross border day to participate. My sides still hurt from the laughing! (thanks girls!)
Oh well...here it is anyway...
I am right in the swing of my Christmas card making so this blog hop challlenge was perfect timing. I played with my growing collection of PTI inks, dies and patterned papers.
For the first colour scheme I used some Raspberry Fizz paper for the background tag and then stamped with the other three colours to make these fun coffee holders.

stamps~ PTI and Hero Arts

For this next colour scheme I kept it simple with a one layer card.
I don't have any PTI snowflake stamps yet but I realised I have many in my stash! These inks really went well here.

And I went back to my Heart 2 Heart coffee set for this last colour scheme. The background tag is Harvest Gold patterned paper Distressed Dots, the holly and berries dies are cut with Spring Moss and Berry Sorbet Bitty Dots paper. The coffee cozy is stamped in Melon Berry. Fun!

Fall Colours
I have been working hard trying to make a few Christmas cards each week. Last night I made this one and realised the colours were pretty fall-like! Must be something in the air. I was inspired by my very talented friend Regan! She made much nicer cards than this at a recent crop. I loved her idea of stitching a wreath shape. Genius!
I decided to link up with the Allsorts Challenge this week: fall colours.

Joy to the World
This week Judy over at LRW is asking for bows! Well I seem to be adding twine bows to everything lately.
Here's a Christmas card I made using a big chipboard snowflake over layers of washi tape. Fun! And of course a bow with my favourite American Crafts twine.

Celebrate Winter
The folks over at Simon Says Stamp are calling for everything glimmer and sparkle this week. Nothing sparkles more than snowflakes! I used my fav PTI Friendship Jar set along with some Hero Arts snowflake stamps, heat embossing and glitter! A special thanks to my friend Avril who inspired me to make this card.

Believe
I have been busy making Christmas cards since the great crop a week ago.
Jan over at LRW is asking for buttons. I realised I rarely use more than one. Here's one with three buttons! I kept things pretty simple with Tim Holtz brick embossing on the background and one of my mom's fabric yo-yo flowers.

Tis the Season
This past weekend I got together with some extremely talented ladies to make Christmas cards! You can never start these things too soon! It was a blast and I had such a great time.
Here are a couple of cards I made...
The paper is Prima and has a sort of "Tim Burton" spooky Christmas look that I love.
