I thought I would take a break from the sunshine today and participate in the PTI August blog hop. The theme is all things fall and cozy.
I started with herringbone embossing and added some fall themed PTI paper from my friend Avril. I layered some circles cut from scraps of leather and suede and topped it with a raw wooden button for a rustic feel. I thought this would be perfect for a birthday card for my dad in October.

Hard to think of the cool days of fall coming on a hot August day like today! But we know it is right around the corner.
