Welcome to another Crazy Card Party challenge. This week, in anticipation of Canada Day coming up, Rosanne has challenged us to use Red and White. My brother's birthday is on July 1st and growing up we always had a Canada Day theme to his birthday. So I made him a red and white birthday card with a design that sort of looks like fireworks.
