Thank you
I made my mom a thank you card for making me two gorgeous quilts for my birthday. One is a lap quilt in black, grey and cream hexies. It matches my new couch perfectly! The second is a double sized scrap quilt with lots of white space. I treasure them both!
She was asking me about shaker cards the other day, so I decided to make her one. I embossed a big sentiment from Your Next Stamp and watercoloured some scribble flowers from Simon's "Favorite Flowers."
I linked up with the Simon Says challenge for this week..."Shake it Up."
Thanks for stopping by!

Those quilts are gorgeous! And love your card too!
Wow, you and your momma are two talented ladies! Love the card, love the quilts! I feel like someone should use a picture of the hexie quilt for an inspiration challenge! (Lightbulb...)
This card is great and would be perfect in the Coral & Aqua Challenge over at Classy Cards n Such. I hope you will link it up there. Come by to check it out!
